1. Start With a Brand-New Donor
The build starts with a factory-fresh 2024 Cadillac Escalade — full drivetrain, electronics, and safety systems intact. Starting new means the finished limousine rides on a current-generation chassis instead of a decade-old platform.
2. The Cut
The body is precision-cut and separated behind the front doors. It looks drastic — and it is — but every cut line is engineered before a saw ever touches the vehicle.
3. The Steel Frame Extension
The stretch section rides on new steel frame rails welded and boxed into the factory chassis, then decked with a new floor. This structure is what the entire passenger compartment — and 20 passengers — sit on.
4. Body and Panels
New body panels skin the stretch section, blended into the factory lines so the finished vehicle looks like it left GM this way. Doors, glass, and wiring runs follow.
5. The Interior Is Built by Hand
Nothing in the passenger compartment comes off a shelf. The wrap-around seating is framed, foamed, and upholstered by hand in diamond-stitched leather; the LED ceiling, bars, and sound system are fabricated around it.
6. Delivered — and on the Road
