The Coaches

For charters the buses run in shuttle configuration: comfortable seating, climate control, premium sound, and a chauffeur who handles the route. Buses start at $200/hour with hourly minimums, and charters are quoted in writing for the full itinerary. Corporate billing runs through our corporate transportation service.
How Charter Quotes Work
Charters price differently than party rentals: we quote the itinerary, not just the hours. Send the headcount, the stops, and the schedule — a one-way transfer, a day loop, a repeating conference shuttle, or a multi-day trip — and the written quote covers the whole plan, driver time and staging included. Recurring schedules (a weekly employee shuttle, a season of team travel) are quoted as a series so the rate holds across dates. Headcounts above 56 split across multiple coaches with one dispatcher coordinating both.
Wedding guest shuttles are the charter we run most — coaches looping a hotel block to a venue — and they book through our wedding venue transportation service with the same itinerary-based quoting.
