Wedding Venue Transportation

Classic Rolls-Royce at a wedding

Every wedding venue has a transportation puzzle: the canyon road with no shoulder, the estate with one gate, the vineyard where the ceremony lawn is a golf-cart ride from parking. We solve it in advance — our chauffeurs scout the venue approach and arrival windows before the day, so the processional never waits on traffic and the guest shuttle never misses a loop.

Venue Regions We Work

Malibu & the coast: hillside estates and bluff ceremonies off PCH and the canyon roads — tight approaches our chauffeurs drive every week. Conejo Valley & Ventura County: ranch venues and gardens from Thousand Oaks to Camarillo. Santa Barbara & wine country: coastal courtyards in Santa Barbara and vineyard ceremonies across the Santa Ynez Valley. Los Angeles: hotel ballrooms, historic venues, and rooftop ceremonies downtown and across the basin.

Guest Shuttles & the Bridal Fleet

Guest shuttles are the unsung heroes of a good venue: Sprinters and charter buses loop between the hotel block and the ceremony so nobody navigates a canyon at midnight. For the couple and bridal party: the white Continental stretch, the stretched Rolls-Royce, and the vintage collection for the photographs. Wedding stretches start at $175/hour with hourly minimums, shuttles are quoted per loop schedule, and everything is confirmed in writing — see the full wedding limo service.

Timeline Building with Your Planner

The transportation timeline gets built once, with whoever owns the day — planner, coordinator, or the couple. We map it backward from the ceremony start: bridal-party pickup with a photo-hour hold, guest-shuttle loops sized to the hotel block, a staged getaway car, and the end-of-night sweep that gets the last guests home after the send-off. One written document, shared with the planner, with every pickup, hold, and loop on it — so on the day, nobody calls anybody about cars.

A note on weather and backup plans: coastal venues flip between ceremony sites on marine-layer mornings, and a chauffeur who scouted both approaches makes the audible painless. It is the kind of detail nobody notices when it works — which is the point.
